Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Olivia Lewis spent her early years playing competitive soccer. At her family church, she participated in and stage managed award winning One Act church plays. She continued her work behind the scenes as a stage manager in a number of High School Drama productions and earned her place in the Thespian Society. Olivia spent her summers enjoying family vacations across the East Coast, participating in church Work Camps, working at a local restaurant and attending soccer camps. She vividly remembers watching FRIENDS with her family and falling in love with each character. Ever since her earliest days, she was fascinated by how her favorite shows and movies could inspire joy, reflection and growth in everyone who watched.
Olivia earned her B.S. degree at Virginia Tech where she studied Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise. However, she could not escape the allure of theater. With baited desire, she continued to support the local community theatres as well as professional national shows in New York and those that traveled to nearby arenas.
In early 2011 a leap of faith landed her in her first acting class since High school and reignited a passion for acting that had been on the back burner to "being realistic" for too long. Multiple classes and performances have followed as well as headshots, and a number of audition opportunities.
Olivia is excited to be in touch with so many resources, where she can study acting, and listen to other actors' success stories and learning experiences. Olivia plans to continue to study and grow as an actor, audition for as much as she can, participate in workshops and be signed to an agent/ agency.
